What is the position? Evercore seeks to hire an Analyst or Senior Analyst for its Co-Head Team located in New York, NY.

Primary Responsibilities: The ideal candidate is a critical thinker seeking a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working on complex and diversified problems that are critical to the long-term success of Evercore. They will conduct in-depth research, develop quantitative analyses and synthesize information to produce concise and compelling deliverables. Day-to-day, the Analyst or Senior Analyst will spend significant time on data analytics and firm data management, leveraging various CRM platforms and internal systems. The Analyst or Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the broader operations of the Co-Head Team, including preparing briefing materials, developing executive communications, coordinating senior stakeholder meetings, and helping to drive strategic and technology initiatives, among other business management and operations activities.

Specific Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be ambitious, self-directed, creative, and resourceful. The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Calm demeanor under pressure with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with prior experience interpreting complex, ambiguous datasets to inform strategic decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with CRM platforms or software considered a plus
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in finance
  • Minimum 0-3 years of analytical work experience, inclusive of Class of 2025 graduates (investment banking, consulting or similar roles preferred)
  • Strong academic record (focus on Business, Economics, or Finance preferred)
  • 2-year commitment required

Expected Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
