Job Summary:
Oracle Fusion Project/Program Manager who should hold excellent knowledge/experience on Oracle Fusion Implementations and Rollout projects. Have fair idea Oracle Fusion SCM and Financials modules on General ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Account Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Fixed Asset (FA) modules.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Project Manager who should hold rich Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Implementation projects, Rollout projects, Upgrade, Support and Enhancements. Associate should hold min 4 to 5 Oracle Fusion projects implementation experiences. He/She is responsible for the execution and completion of a project with in stipulated time. Should be good in Planning - Creating budgets, Project plans, and schedules for the project. Should hold strong project management skills and capable to successfully completing the various phases of the projects like Project Planning, Cloud Map, Design, Config, Deploy. Ensuring deliverables are delivered on time, managing all project resources, Communicating effectively with stakeholders, and Eliminating potential risks and blockers. Capable to track the Project Status and review with various stakeholders. He/She should be good to track the RAID log and capable to assist team to close all the open action items, defuse the RISK etc. Ensuring proper billing and cost transfers. Planning and documenting project tasks. Ensuring deliverables are delivered on-time. Capable to managing all project resources. Effectively communicating with stakeholders. Eliminating blockers and potential risks. It will be added advantage if he Specialized in the banking, residential, retail, commercial and hospitality sectors
Experience Required: 15 to 18 Yrs
Minimum Qualifications
Certified Program Manager, MPP (Microsoft project Plan Certified), Good in Agile Methodology and JIRA tool)
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, Certified Program Manager, MPP (Microsoft project Plan Certified), Good in Agile Methodology and JIRA tool)

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $156,500/Year to $183,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
