Position Responsibilities:
- Integrate & lead cross-functional team(s) through the value stream (Proposal, Work Induction, Manufacturing, Shipping, Closeout, etc.)
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
- Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific business operations
- As required, assist with develop of Estimates to Completions (ETC) and participate in Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews as required
- Participate in monthly Business Operations Reviews
- Support the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under general supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years' experience in cost, schedule and technical management
- 3+ years' experience in partnering with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years' experience analyzing data and developing metrics to track performance to plan for a business/organization
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Experience implementing Lean Principles
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
- Experience leading various problem solving methods (i.e. Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, or other assessment, audit and investigative models)
- Experience employing Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques either as a project manager, control account manager, or control account manager assistant
- Experience in manufacturing operations, program management, project management and/or business operations
