We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager, Global Operations to lead our CapEx, Facilities, and Inventory processes, partnering with stakeholders across the supply chain network. This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring accurate inventory results, enabling precise inventory forecasting, and managing the Capital Expenditure process. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in semiconductor inventory management, project management capabilities, and technical expertise in SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the company's inventory, ensuring that accounting treatment and methodologies comply with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Address and mitigate risks related to inventory management through collaboration with management, internal audit, and external audit to ensure SOX controls related to inventory are current and effective.
  • Provide inventory-related analysis and dashboards to senior management, highlighting inventory performance, trends, and key insights.
  • Lead the Global Capital Expense process across the company and execute the framework to ensure that we are deploying capital efficiently.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to meet target inventory levels aligned with the company's goals and strategies. Determine inventory forecasts and provide insights on inventory transactions and inventory reserve levels.
  • Provide meaningful insights on the design, validation, and implementation of processes and controls during systems integration that impacts inventory transactions and valuation.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance managers and analysts based in the Philippines.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree required
  • CPA or Advanced degrees preferred

Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years in financial leadership roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with inventory accounting and SAP.
  • Experience in collaborating across multiple time zones and cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-term data and financial strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Hands-on experience in developing analytics solutions that drive business improvements.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $149,212 to $223,818.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
