As a Mobile Lead Developer at Foundation Software in Strongsville, Ohio, you can expect to lead the design and development of mobile applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with product managers and designers to understand end-user requirements, troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize application performance, and staying up-to-date on emerging technologies in the mobile space. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Must Have
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of solid experience with mobile app development (iOS and/or Android) with extensive knowledge of mobile application architectures, design patterns, UI/UX, and permission settings
- Experience with app store submissions and iOS certificates/provisioning a plus!
- 3+ years of experience with JSON and REST Web Services, .NET framework, and excellent C# skills
- Solid proficiency with GIT and Azure pipelines
- Proficient understanding of relational databases such as SQL and sqlite
- Significant experience in implementing mobile data synchronization and associated technologies and design patterns
- Solid experience with Azure cloud services or equivalent
- Must be a self-driven individual with a passion for development and a willingness to continuously learn new skills
- Must be geared to work in a team-oriented environment, be people-oriented with a strong desire to learn from others and to help others grow
- Must be willing to challenge yourself to solve complex problems at scale
- Ability to quickly learn and understand internal systems and procedures
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications built with Xamarin/C# for iOS and/or Android
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications built with React Native framework
- Design, develop, test, and maintain back-end solutions with .Net Core/EF and other various frameworks
- Xamarin to Maui /.NET 8 conversion
