The Role
As Head of People, you will build and lead the entire people function-from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, culture, and retention. This role is both strategic and hands-on, working closely with the founder and leadership team to scale a world-class team while ensuring every hire and process strengthens our culture of excellence, speed, experience, and efficiency.

The Role

- Do everything required to get great talent in the door at Stellic.
- Implement scalable onboarding programs to get the talent to be productive.
- Develop a performance management system to get the talent to grow and be accountable.
- Coach managers to give high-impact feedback and develop their teams into top performers.
- Implement retention strategies to keep key players engaged and thriving.
- Drive initiatives that reinforce Stellic's values and strengthen cultural alignment.
