Description:
We're working with a fast-growing space company to find a Phased Array Antenna Engineer to join their System Engineering Department. In this role, you'll play a key part in the design, development, testing, and verification of phased array subsystems for next-gen space systems.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you'll collaborate across systems and subsystems to meet mission-critical requirements for communications hardware.

What you'll do:
- Define and maintain requirements for antenna subsystems and related components
- Manage traceability and justification of parent-child requirements
- Support design architecture and performance budgeting at the subsystem level
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver hardware that meets mission objectives
- Develop verification matrices and detailed test requirements
- Track all development hardware through build matrices
- Create and support execution of Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) plans
- Review test data, evaluate non-compliances, and assist with data post-processing automation
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Solid background in active antenna system design and beamforming
- Hands-on experience with antenna testing and radiated test environments
- Familiarity with antenna subsystems in space or ground segment applications
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and other relevant simulation tools
Bonus points for:
- Experience using DOORS, Windchill, or Jama for requirements management
- Previous work on space programs
- Exposure to modeling or simulation software
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus)
