Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Implementation Expert to join our team. This role will involve working closely with project leads and an IFS implementation consulting firm to ensure a smooth transition to IFS Cloud software across multiple functional areas of our company. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with IFS Cloud, particularly in Finance, Field Service, Quality, Document Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project leads and the IFS implementation consulting firm to identify and communicate how current functions within the company can be replaced or improved using IFS Cloud software.
• Engage with multiple functional areas across the company to gather requirements and ensure that IFS Cloud is implemented effectively.
• Provide expert guidance on IFS Cloud capabilities and best practices.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment to deliver detailed and documented results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to IFS Cloud implementation.
• Ensure flexibility with changing project schedules and be willing to work overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with IFS Cloud, with a strong background in the following areas:
  • Finance
  • Field Service
  • Quality
  • Document Management
  • Manufacturing
  • Supply Chain
  • Projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a self-directed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with IFS Cloud in an engineer-to-order manufacturing environment.
• Solutions Architect level knowledge of IFS Cloud.
• Experience with Novacura, CadTalk, Windchill, and/or Astra Canyon MTK software.
• Experience in handling, developing, and managing IFS permission sets.
• Understanding of CRIM (Configuration, Reporting, Integration, and Management) development strategies and requirements (Note: actual coding experience within IFS Cloud is not required).
• IFS Cloud Data migration experience.

Location: Alpharetta, GA (30005)

Salary Range: $100k/yr. - $120k/yr.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
