We are looking for a IT Project Manager to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to Hiring Manager title and based in City, State. This is a fully on-site, in office role.
We are looking for a to support the IT Infrastructure team. This role will report to the Senior IT Program Manager based in San Jose, California. This is a fully on-site, in-office role that will require working with colleagues across the globe and in different time-zones.
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives by partnering across departments and technology teams to define and implement the infrastructure projects needed to keep Bloom Energy running smoothly.

Salary Ranges:
$131,500.00 - $189,300.00

Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
- Interface with business stakeholders, leadership, and other teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage successful project delivery and acceptance of projects within budget and on-time, while achieving project objectives and goals.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Proactively manage project plan, change, risk, budget, resource, and vendor management.
- Escalate issues and risks as needed and exercise project quality control activities to ensure project scope expectations are met.
- Create, manage, and distribute project communications artifacts like charter, project plan, change requests, project schedule, and work plan.
- Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize, define, develop, and successfully release user stories and features for the project.
- Schedule sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews (demos), and sprint retrospectives
Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in IT/Software project management.
- Certified Scrum Master is plus
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
