Description:
Identifies and intakes external/internal fraud cases across Stores, Supply Chain, Support Centers and eCommerence
Design and implement new processes or rules targeting system gaps in all selling platforms to limit fraud or refund exposure and revenue loss
Build relationships, collaborates, and communicates effectively with teams across Lowe's to include field investigators, stores and Lowe's technology groups
Produce, analyze, and develop point-of-sale or fraud-based reporting platform and tools.
Maintains active participation in the Organized Retail Crime Associations, RILA, MRC and CNP in order to remain knowledgeable regarding loss prevention efforts of theft and fraud in the industry and effect legislation favorable to retailers and Lowe's
Act as Project Manager for new applications, technology and tools for the following purposes to include both identify theft as well as provide an investigative path, identify sales reducing activities, margin eroding behaviors, potential fraud via store, phone and web transactions ensuring a seamless roll out and adoption by the enterprise.
Assist with training of online fraud investigator position to minimize fraud activity and identify Organized Retail Crime groups.
Investigate and decision risky customer transactions and return status classification
Collaborate with Store Operations, Lowe's Digital, Gift Card Marketing and Payment Card Operations to minimize loss while enhancing sales and profitability.
Collaborate with Store Operations Support on policy and procedures to minimize in store credit card fraud and enhance compliance with PCI regulations and laws
Provide input and trends to IT Security, DACI and other information technology groups to review current platforms and risks necessary to protect customer data while protecting the Lowe's brand.
