We are looking for an exceptional Program leader to help us develop new ways to build trust and loyalty with sellers, who represent more than half of all products sold on Amazon. Millions of sellers around the globe have built their businesses on Amazon, and in this role, you will be charged with building programs and products that ensure Amazon remains the best place for them to sell online.
In this role, you will define the strategy and execution plans to programmatically scale our efforts to ensure all actions taken on seller accounts WW are transparent, consistent, and accurate. You will work in close partnership with various business verticals and policy leaders to protect sellers and customers alike. You will influence multiple VP organizations by: (1) advocating for / socializing our mental model as it pertains to seller enforcement experience and enforcement strategy, (2) identifying defects in various enforcement processes that do not align with this strategy, (3) implementing guardrails and mechanisms to mitigate those defects, and (4) scaling our broader audit strategy to ensure business continuity for Amazon and Sellers. Your work will be highly visible to various senior leaders within Amazon, and the ideal candidate is motivated and agile, with good project management skills and good stakeholder management and communication.
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-obsessed, and comfortable using data to identify trends and inform decisioning. They are also a self-starter, and are comfortable conceptualizing and leading complex initiatives from end-to-end. You should have proven experience in strategy, large-scale execution, entrepreneurial innovation, and working cross functionally with operations and engineering teams. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and maintaining a high bar in a high pressure, dynamic environment.
From Day 1, Program Managers at Amazon are given ownership of large products; the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions; and the ability to drive significant impact to the customer experience and the business.
Key job responsibilities
\tUnderstand current and future regulatory and policy requirements for Amazon and Sellers across Emerging Market stores to ensure alignment across all required internal teams.
\tDrive Policy and Compliance implementations that reduce risks for Amazon, Sellers and Customers. Communicate trade-offs to senior Business and Policy leadership in meetings in through documentation.
\tPartner with internal Selling Partner Trust and Policy teams to design enforcement strategies that ensure compliance while maintaining the best possible SX.
\tAudit outcomes and escalate unforeseen challenges to senior leadership.
About the team
This is a Global team comprised of Regional leaders who engage with regional/local policy and business teams to ensure Sellers can be compliant with local laws while growing their opportunities to sell on Amazon. SPT Product and Tech teams are located in the US while Regional leads are located near their local business stakeholders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of team management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
