Salary: $130,000-$150,000 depending upon experience

Reporting to the Chief Analytics & Performance Officer, the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) will be a key member of Vinfen's Senior Management Team. The PMO is responsible for the direct management or support of the organization's non-IT projects and major initiatives, including those across administrative, strategic, operational, and clinical departments. This individual is responsible for the successful implementation and oversight of Vinfen's PMO and will work with senior leadership and staff across the organization to execute timely, efficient, and value-driven project planning and resource management across a broad portfolio.
  • Researches, develops, implements, and continually improves project management strategies, resources, and best practices across the organization
  • Drafts and publishes practical organizational project management Policies and Procedures that will be embraced and adopted
  • Implements and maintains processes related to successful project management across the
    organization
  • Leverages best practices, frameworks, and industry standard tools to improve project prioritization, planning, and execution
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to prioritize and actively manage cross-departmental initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Partners with IT Project Management to identify, prioritize, and use tools and organizational resources to meet organization-wide objectives
  • Continuously monitors, evaluates, and prioritizes the organization's project portfolio, including business & project owners, resource allocation, and progress towards business objectives
  • Develops, owns, and communicates reports tracking the organization's progress towards completion of key milestones, resource utilization, and project completion
  • Proactively assesses and manages risks to project completion in coordination with senior leadership and business owners
  • Directly manages a portfolio of high priority projects and ensure on-time and on-budget execution
  • Performs other duties as assigned

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required. Master's degree strongly preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in human services, health care, government
or similar industries strongly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management for a 1,000+ employee organization
  • Superb communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding and commitment to the organization's mission, goals, and objectives
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, as well as experience in utilizing LEAN Six Sigma
