Job Duties & Assignments:
Marketing Project Management
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end marketing-related projects including campaigns, events, collateral, website content, CRM workflows, and brand development.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to establish project timelines, content calendars, and measurable KPIs.
- Manage external vendors and contractors for marketing production, copywriting, design, or digital strategy.
Business & Operational Projects
- Drive cross-departmental projects that support company initiatives such as process improvement, system implementation, documentation, or workspace upgrades.
- Create and maintain project plans, manage task dependencies, and lead project meetings to ensure accountability.
- Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Engineering, Finance, and HR to bring business ideas to life.
CEO Support & Executive Projects
- Provide direct support to the CEO on personal and professional tasks, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, research, and follow-up.
- Manage select confidential or high-priority executive-level projects as assigned.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to help ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Coordinate personal logistics (e.g., home projects, gifts, scheduling) while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
