Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Sr. Technical Project /Program Manager for our IT PMO team to work on IT Operations and Audio Visual projects.

Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude, and approaches work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

You Will:
  • You will partner closely with IT Operations Functional and Engineering leads, to establish the vision, strategy, technical direction, and success metrics related to IT Operations.
  • Work with IT PMO and stakeholders to track and report on project execution across requirements, design, procurement, build, commissioning, and sustaining.
  • You are experienced in working with IT operations and AV teams to drive implementation solutions to enhance the Lucid employee and support overall IT Operation initiatives.
  • Be responsible for defining and delivering important programs with broad organizational, business and technical impact.
  • Track resourcing of projects and drive resource balancing between different program priorities.
  • You're a strong leader with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations, bridge gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority.
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus.
  • Fosters strong cross-functional partnerships and can effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines.
  • Ownership mindset. Takes ownership of problems and drives them to resolution.

You Bring:
  • 5+ years of technical program/project management experience working directly with product and software engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding in disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing technical projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with success in working across organizations at all levels.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Clarity and Jira is desired.
  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other field or relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$135,300-$186,010 USD
