About this Position
Weare seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Talent AcquisitionManager to join our NA Talent Acquisition team. This role is a subject matter expert position with noleadership responsibilities, focusing on optimizing and managing recruitmentprocesses, systems, and analytics. The successful candidate will play a keyrole in managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), collaborating withexternal partners, evaluating operational models, setting and assessing KPIs,and providing actionable insights through reporting. This position serves asthe primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and various HRdepartments regionally and internationally.
What you'll do
The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
This role can be also performed from other NA locations than the ones listed - based on agreement.

What you'll do
- ATS Management: Oversee and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensure connectivity with other existing or new systems and job boards and talent communities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analyses of talent acquisition metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to guide decision-making and strategy development.
- KPI Development and Assessment: Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Operational Model Evaluation: Assess current recruitment operational models, research market's best practices and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing expertise and support to regional and global HR teams and other departments on talent acquisition processes and strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the NA Talent Acquisition team, ensure proper access management, training and information cascading. Support the Regional Head of TA NA with analytics and presentations for various stakeholders on all levels.
- Collaboration with External Partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors, agencies, and other external partners to ensure effective talent sourcing.
- Compliance: Oversee the development and maintenance of departmental processes and policies. Ensure adherence to recruitment compliance standards and implement any process improvements coming out of audits in close cooperations with Legal and Governance teams.
- Market analysis: Stay current on market trends, business challenges and priorities to incorporate any findings. Research and consult on any industry best practices and ways to achieve process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience managing and optimizing ATS platforms; familiarity with various HR systems and tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and create actionable reports for a variety of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Operations: In-depth understanding of recruitment workflows, operational models, and best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated capability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
- Global Perspective: Experience working in regional and international environments is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and focus on delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint: Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
