Director Of Traffic & Revenue

Responsibilities:

• Challenge and review traffic and revenue forecasts, assumptions and outputs prepared by T&R advisors
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of traffic data.
• Analyze benchmarks and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in traffic flow to optimize revenue generation.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize toll revenue and other income streams.
• Build high level forecasts for feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and marketing teams.
• Engage with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, transportation authorities, and industry partners.
• Communicate traffic and revenue forecasts and performance to senior management and board members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in traffic engineering, revenue management, or transportation operations.10+ year of experience working with T&R forecasts.
• Direct experience working with express/managed lanes forecasts is very desirable.
• Experience with tolling systems, traffic management technologies, and data analytics tools.
• Experience pursuing P3 Projects in North America desirable.
• Traffic and Revenue modeling skills.
• Hands-on and goals-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
