Our Marketing team is looking for a new team member to help define, promote and deploy our RTL FPGA Synthesis solutions of our Precision product line. You will join the Technical Product Marketing Team that handles both High-Level Synthesis and FPGA Synthesis product lines. This role involves working with Sales, Application Engineering, Customers, and Product Software Engineering teams to develop, position, sell and support our FPGA Synthesis solutions.
College-level exposure to FPGA hardware design through RTL Synthesis and Place & Route is key. AMD/Xilinx or Intel/Altera, Lattice, or others will be equally embraced. Experience of simulation and verification in RTL would be a plus. Exposure to High-Level Synthesis in C++ or SystemC would be beneficial but not required.

The salary range for this position is $87,600 to $157,700 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Responsibilities:
- Become the factory expert on FPGA design flows and Hi-Reliability FPGA implementation.
- Work with key customers to understand business needs and define new technologies and techniques to create the future of FPGA Synthesis.
- Specify features and capabilities for FPGA Synthesis in partnership with customers and R&D.
- Analyze and rework RTL FPGA designs to improve end results in Place & Route
- Create and deliver customer training on FPGA Synthesis and associated methodologies
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and webinars.
- Attend, participate, and present at conferences such as DAC, Siemens User2User and MAPLD.
- Potentially travel up to 20% of the time nationally, and internationally.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:
- Due to ITAR/CUI restrictions, candidates must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Experience with FPGA Place & Route and the impact on timing/area.
- FPGA design experience using VHDL, Verilog or SystemVerilog for RTL Synthesis.
- Understanding of FPGA fabric and architecture features
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally
