Role: Technical Product Consultant - Fast
Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years of solid experience.
Job Location: Candidates need to be willing to work in a hybrid model from the Client's office in Teaneck - NJ.
Must Have Qualifications
Have a solid understanding of Life and Annuity domain.
Possess strong technical background in any CoTS product or any home grown L&A policy administration system.
Preferred to have FAST product and configuration knowledge.
Exhibit excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Hold relevant LOMA - SRI Certification.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinates project planning scheduling and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
Provide technical guidance and expertise in FAST Configuration to project teams.
Collaborate with collaborators to define project scope goals and results.
Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and partners.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
Manage project documentation including project plans status reports and change requests.
Implement standard processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
Support the development and maintenance of project management methodologies and tools.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project integration and implementation.
Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
Responsible for Coding and Unit testing of all FAST configuration work including:
o Product Configuration, Rider Configuration.
o Fund Line-up and Fund Rate set up.
o Transactions through orchestration debugging.
o Decision Table, calc etc.
o Commission Management
o Correspondence and Report configuration
o Functional access set-up
Responsible for peer review, unit testing and functional testing.
Responsible for FAST standard methodology for configuration and Integration.
Work Authorization: Cognizant will only consider applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $66,896 - $132,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
