Summary
The Manager - Performance Management position is responsible for leading projects supporting Glovis Affiliates by improving profitability, enhancing operational efficiency, driving KPI performance and spearheading process improvement initiatives. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with business plan and short/long term growth.

Summary
The Manager - Performance Management position is responsible for leading projects supporting Glovis Affiliates by improving profitability, enhancing operational efficiency, driving KPI performance and spearheading process improvement initiatives. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with business plan and short/long term growth.
Responsibilities
- Profitability and KPI Management
- Manage and lead financial analysis including PNL and forecasting, identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance profit margins and optimize profitability by route/region
- Establish and maintain KPIs for Glovis Affiliates, present data-driven insights for decision-making by senior management
- Develop or enhance KPIs and analysis tools; provide data-driven insights for decision-making
- Conduct analysis to identify cost per mile / revenue per mile to negotiate rates with customers and vendors
- Oversee the preparation of regular reports and analysis for stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and enhance service quality.
- Effectively evaluate process, data and workflow, to improve operational efficiency and resource utilization
- Conduct system audit to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Provide guidance, trainings and direct support to Affiliate personnel at the request of management
- Facilitate project items to implement on schedule, identify the need for initial or supplemental resources
- Initiate and conduct various reporting and analysis at the request of management
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation Range
$101,000- $113,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to details Required
- Advanced computer skills for Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point Required
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex analysis results clearly Required
- Familiarity with Logistics industry or trucking businesses Preferred
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- 8 - 12 Years of Direct Experience in the Logistics Industry Required
- 10 - 15 Years of Direct Experience in Project Management, Reporting, and Analytics Preferred
- 1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
- 4 - 7 Years of Supervisory Experience Preferred
