smaXtec is looking for a passionate Product Manager - US to join their innovative and growing team! This is a remote position with regular travel to dairy farms across the United States. Starting salary begins at $90,000+, depending on experience.
As the Product Manager - US, you'll bridge the gap between dairy producers and cutting-edge bolus technology. You'll work directly with farmers to understand real-world challenges in herd management and translate those insights into product strategies that deliver real value.

Job Responsibilities:
Actively contribute to customer acquisition and retention
Provide hands-on product training to teams and customers
Ensure customer needs and market demands are at the forefront of product development
Collect, analyze, and prioritize product feedback from key accounts and the sales team
Engage in regular farm visits to understand daily challenges in reproduction, transition, nutrition, and cow health
Support product launch activities, testing, and product validation in the field
Contribute to the continuous development, focusing on real-world value creation
Requirements:
3+ years dairy industry product management, technical sales, or customer success experience
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Driver's License and clean driving record
Willingness to travel throughout the Unites States
