Position Overview:
This position will travel between the Bay Area and Sacramento offices, when needed, supporting Sutter Health's Chief Financial Officer and other finance executives.
The Program Manager provides high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports, and handling sensitive information with discretion. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands. The Program Manager acts as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Pay Range is $46.29 to $69.44 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. - Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers and/or leaders to achieve program objectives.
- Organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on writing.
- Motivated and resourceful self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively, both independently and in team settings.
- Adaptability to interact with various types of visitors with poise and self-confidence.
- Desire and ability to work independently and autonomously.
