In this exciting new role as Account Manager at Li & Fung, you will be responsible for building client relationships and driving sales growth within this expanding division. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in apparel or private label apparel to support category growth and ensure alignment with customer expectations. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and products that meet client needs and reflect current market trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage one or multiple private label apparel accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and exceptional customer service
  • Optimize costing strategies to maintain profitability and competitive pricing
  • Collaborate with design and production teams for efficient production and delivery of high-volume SKUs
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and growth strategies
  • Deliver accurate costing information and insights for informed decision-making
  • Analyze sales data to drive revenue growth and cost optimization
  • Uphold high customer service standards and address costing-related concerns
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure on-time deliverables
  • Streamline costing processes and enhance customer experience through cross-functional collaboration
  • Stay updated with industry trends and provide recommendations for market positioning and cost competitiveness


Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of account management experience with a focus on revenue growth
  • Apparel or private label apparel industry experience required
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and manage client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of costing, materials, and TNA's
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex costing and product information clearly
  • Experience managing high SKU counts with accuracy and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and relevant tools for data analysis and tracking
  • Interest in exploring efficiencies through AI and process improvement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
  • Flexibility to travel to client meetings and trade shows


Compensation & Benefits:
  • The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications
