Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 DOE

We are an AI solutions startup that recently secured Series B funding! Our mission is to shape the future of the medical industry with our FDA-cleared computer vision capabilities. Currently, we're experiencing hyper-growth and are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to come join our remote first team. This role will be managing 4 engineers and will be hands on 30-50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a minimum of 4 software engineers in the development of innovative software solutions.
• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Design and implement scalable and secure system architecture using technologies such as Node.js and React.JS.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Implement best practices in software development and system architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.JS frameworks.
• Experience with AWS services for cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of software and system architecture principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
