HR Business Partner - West Coast Tech Firm

What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR matters, aligning people and business strategies.
- Build strong relationships with employees to coach, resolve concerns, and support performance and engagement.
- Act as a change agent and employee advocate, balancing business needs with a positive employee experience.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Guide managers through the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Conduct interviews, support offers, lead exit interviews, and ensure policy compliance.
- Help scale HR processes across multiple locations globally.
- Audit and implement HR policies to ensure consistency and legal compliance.
- Partner with business leaders on initiatives that improve morale, retention, and productivity.
Requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, U.S. employment law, compensation, performance, and training.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong discretion and ability to manage confidential matters.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting international teams and scaling HR operations.
- Familiarity with strategic HR initiatives and change management.
