Praescient Analytics is seeking a Power Platform Software Developer - Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team to support the IRS's Information Technology Control Tool (ITCT) contract. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an MBI clearance.
This position will be remote but must be able to be onsite for any required meetings.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Guide the development teams in implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Power Platform, SQL Server, and associated technologies.
- Lead the design of system architecture diagrams, data models, integration patterns, and deployment environments.
- Provide architectural oversight and technical leadership in the development and deployment of the ITCT and related SA branch tools.
- Advise the IRS on emerging technology trends and innovative approaches to enhance data analytics and reporting workflows.
- Recommend and evaluate solutions that align with IRS enterprise architecture, leveraging M365 capabilities to their fullest extent.
- Develop advanced algorithms, predictive models, and automated synchronization routines between ITCT and the SSM-VCM data warehouse.
- Review and optimize PowerApps performance, addressing latency and lookup index issues.
- Support and mentor development team members and collaborate with federal staff for capability uplift.
- Ensure alignment with IRS security protocols, Section 508 compliance, and quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
- Provide input for tool integration including Tableau, Business Objects, UIPath, and custom scripts (Python, SQL).
Required Qualifications:
- Requires US Citizenship and an MBI clearance.
- Must possess experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
