Amazon Advertising's Store's Monetization team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our organization. This role is directly responsible for comprehensive campaign management and execution, overseeing the end-to-end implementation of premium advertising campaigns across Stores for North America. You will serve as a strategic orchestrator, driving collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional advertising experiences on homepage and detail pages. The PM will provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. This position is critical in scaling our homepage advertising operations and contributing to our ambitious growth targets.

Key job responsibilities

* Oversee end-to-end campaign management and execution across Stores, including campaign launches and timely delivery.

* Coordinate across multiple technical ad systems (including Amazon DSP) to ensure seamless campaign implementation.

* Elevate pre-sales processes, optimize IO execution timelines, and champion creative excellence while navigating complex ad policy requirements.

* Identify and implement process improvements, lead technical integration efforts, and maintain SOPs as new capabilities emerge.

* Manage campaign preview systems, monitor performance, and develop scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

* Serve as the primary liaison between advertising operations and supporting teams, including Sales, Ad Policy, Creative, CCM, and Technical teams.

A day in the life

A day in the life As a Program Manager, you might start your day by reviewing the status of ongoing campaigns and addressing any urgent operational issues. You'll then lead a cross-functional meeting to coordinate upcoming campaign launches, working closely with Sales, Creative and Ad Policy teams to ensure all assets meet required standards. In the afternoon, you might analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities, followed by a strategy session with leadership to discuss scaling plans for a new advertising program. You'll end your day by updating documentation and preparing reports for stakeholder review.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

- Experience with Amazon's advertising platforms (e.g. Amazon DSP)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
