The Lockers and Logistics Director will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and business growth of our intelligent locker systems and logistics solutions. This is a hybrid role requiring both business development and operational experience to lead a small team. The role requires business development and customer service experience, an understanding of manufacturing processes would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new opportunities with internal and external customers.
  • Identify and pursue new partner opportunities to expand our customer base and market reach.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.


Manufacturing Leadership:

  • Oversee the manufacturing of intelligent lockers, HawkEye document scanners, and CEE time clock systems, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to production schedules.
  • Manage supply chain operations to minimize costs and ensure on-time, quality deliveries working closely with eth Purchasing Group


Logistics Solutions:

  • Work closely with the Mexico-based team to develop and implement effective logistics solutions for package tracking, package shipping and hospitality management.
  • Ensure seamless integration between our products and logistics software, including Locker control, ExelaTrack, ExelaShip, H360, etc.


Customer Support:

  • Provide oversight for the field service team to ensure timely and effective support for our installed base of systems.
  • Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of business development and sales success.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ideally an understanding of customer service principles and manufacturing best practices.
  • Experience managing a small business P&L
