The External Marketing team focuses on promoting services and acquiring new customers through thoughtful, data-informed marketing strategies across multiple channels.
We're looking for aStrategic Planning Specialist (Sports)to support our growing Strategic Planning group. In this role, you'll collaborate across marketing, media, creative, analytics, and data teams to shape audience strategies, develop integrated campaigns, and drive performance.
You will contribute to planning and execution for media across Social, CTV, Digital Partnerships, Audio, Print, and OOH
Adaptability, communication, and strategic thinking are key to success in this fast-paced environment.
Pay $75/hour (w2)

What You'll Do
Create and lead integrated media strategies across digital, social, print, and out-of-home channels
Translate data and insights into actionable media recommendations that align with business goals and audience behaviors
Manage end-to-end campaign workflows-from briefing through to execution and reporting-with both internal and external partners
Evaluate campaign performance using research tools, testing frameworks, and measurement strategies, then communicate findings to optimize future efforts
Advise stakeholders on media mix, budget allocation, creative approach, and messaging to maximize campaign impact
Build stakeholder-ready presentations and reports that clearly articulate strategy, performance, and next steps
Serve as a strategic partner across teams, ensuring alignment and execution on sports-related initiatives
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in media planning and strategy, preferably with agency background
Strong understanding of how media channels work together, including digital, social, TV, print, and OOH
Proven ability to analyze research, build audience profiles, and tie media strategies to both brand and performance goals
Hands-on experience with media measurement, test-and-learn approaches, and optimization techniques
Proficiency in tools like MRI/Simmons, comScore, and social listening platforms
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
Deep knowledge of the sports marketing landscape is required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience in comms planning or audience strategy development
Familiarity with campaign trafficking, reporting, and digital specs
