Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Operations to lead and enhance a world-class security program within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic leader who can build, scale, and optimize security operations while driving business enablement and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Operations Leadership: Oversee and mature security operations, including Incident Response, Threat Detection, and Vulnerability Management, ensuring rapid response and continuous improvement.
  • Third-Party Risk Management: Develop and implement robust vendor risk management frameworks to safeguard the organization's ecosystem, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Incident Response & Threat Hunting: Establish, refine, and lead advanced Threat Intelligence & Incident Response capabilities to proactively mitigate risks and enhance detection mechanisms.
  • Security Strategy & Governance: Align security initiatives with business objectives, implementing frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001 to strengthen security posture.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define and track KPIs, risk metrics, and performance indicators to drive informed decision-making and communicate security effectiveness to leadership.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Technology & Automation: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge security technologies, leveraging SIEM, EDR, and automation to optimize security operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Engineering, Compliance, and other business units to integrate security best practices into processes and projects.
Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing security operations.
  • Proven expertise in Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Risk Management, and Security Operations within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in security frameworks and regulatory compliance (NIST, CIS, ISO, SOC2, GDPR, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and automation tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to communicate security risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on mentorship and career development.
