We are currently seeking a Programmer Analyst within the existing software development team as a remote position.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Software Development Manager, the Programmer Analyst is responsible for developing accurate and high quality programming solutions that will enhance the overall functionality of the RentalMan ERP system, which range from large modification projects to small bug fixes.

The Programmer Analyst will have a good knowledge of the industry and business processes and be able to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A successful candidate must be effective in understanding business requirements and challenges and be able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken formats.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical knowledge to development team and other members.
• Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issues.
• Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions.
• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently.
• Testing and modifying existing software.
• Ability to monitor and manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline driven environment.
• Ability to represent Wynne to the customer in a professional manner ensuring consistency of message, accurate capture of costs and robust defense of project scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IBMi RPG experience
• 8+ years IBMi DDS experience
• 6+ years IBMi DDS experience
• 6+ years SQL experience
• 6+ years IBMi program debugging
• High School Diploma required
