Location: Duluth, GA 30097
Salary: ~ +/- $135k (Negotiable based on experience) + 10% bonus + Holiday bonus

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's or CPA preferred
• Minimum 7 years' experience as a Controller
• Experience in manufacturing or similar industry preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash flow and maintain AR/AP for North American operations
• Approve month-end journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Prepare financial statements using Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Cognos
• Coordinate audits and tax filings with external firms
• Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and HR aspects as needed
• Ensure compliance with SEC and other regulatory requirements

Key Competencies:

• Advanced accounting knowledge; CPA preferred
• Experience with Navision or similar ERP systems
• Familiarity with costing, taxation, and SEC regulations
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
