Briefing Program Manager - Executive Engagement & Event Strategy
We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Briefing Program Manager to lead high-impact executive engagements at a global briefing center. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of onsite briefings-from planning and stakeholder alignment through to day-of execution. You'll collaborate with internal sales teams and subject matter experts to deliver customized, outcome-based customer experiences that deepen relationships and drive business adoption.
This is a high-visibility role requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and program execution skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is comfortable influencing at all levels of an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full briefing planning process for executive-level meetings at the onsite briefing center
  • Conduct strategy and planning calls with internal account teams
  • Build customized agendas aligned with customer goals and strategic business outcomes
  • Identify and coordinate appropriate subject-matter experts and executive speakers
  • Partner with logistics and concierge teams to manage onsite experience details (e.g., catering, transportation)
  • Facilitate high-impact 1:1 engagements that drive strategic conversations
  • Create and refine standard operating procedures and briefing execution mechanisms
  • Build internal enablement materials to drive program adoption across sales and technical teams
  • Utilize strong communication to manage expectations across a wide range of stakeholders
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
  • Program or project management experience with cross-functional execution
  • Strong stakeholder communication and executive engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and high organizational efficiency
  • Preferred Tools & Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and briefing or CRM platforms
    • Familiarity with customer engagement strategies and value-based selling
    • Understanding of technical environments or cloud concepts (a plus, but not required)
    • Ability to develop mechanisms that scale and improve operational workflows
    • Strong analytical mindset; able to use data and insights to drive improvement
    Candidate Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience in program or project management
    • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders across different levels
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
    • Self-starter who can work independently and make decisions in dynamic environments
    • Comfortable building partnerships across sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams
