Project Controller (Senior)

We're looking for a Senior Project Controller with 10-15 years of experience to support large-scale capital projects from initiation to closeout. This role sits at the heart of project success-managing cost, schedule, risk, and reporting-while partnering closely with project managers, engineers, schedulers, and procurement teams.

In this role, you'll:

• Develop and implement project controls strategies across cost, schedule, and risk
• Set up project budgets and WBS in SAP and ensure alignment with estimates
• Support change management and maintain a clear project trend log
• Analyze contractor progress, earned value, and performance metrics
• Lead cost reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Participate in project assurance reviews, QRA, and HRIM sessions
• Provide mentorship to intermediate and junior project controls professionals
• Present project status updates to senior leadership

What you'll bring:

• A university degree and 10-15 years of relevant experience
• A solid grasp of earned value management (EVM) and rules of credit
• Experience supporting moderate to high-risk capital projects
• Field experience is a strong asset
• Proficiency in SAP and hands-on involvement in budget setup, forecasting, and reporting
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, procurement)
