Mechanical Engineer
A Rapidly growing, Modern and Progressive Company with a 'Work-Hard / Play Hard' Team Environment, who designs, manufactures and custom fits Putters that are currently revolutionizing an international sport, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities for Mechanical Engineer:
  • Utilize SolidWorks to design and model components and assemblies for new product development projects.
  • Lead hands-on prototyping efforts, including the fabrication, assembly, and testing of prototypes to validate design concepts and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, electrical engineers, and product managers, to translate product requirements into feasible design solutions.
  • Conduct basic analysis, such as stress analysis and thermal analysis, to evaluate design performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Implement the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) process to identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and scalability of product designs.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, and make recommendations for material selection based on performance requirements and cost considerations.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to resolve design-related issues during product development and manufacturing.
Skills and Qualifications for Mechanical Engineer:
  • 5-7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on product design and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks software for 3D modeling and design is Required
  • Hands-on experience with prototype fabrication, assembly, and testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct basic analysis to evaluate design performance.
  • Experience with the FMEA process and application of risk management principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, injection molding, and additive manufacturing, with an understanding of materials selection and properties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Details for Mechanical Engineer:
Direct Hire to Company Payroll

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00AM - 5:00PM
* Flexible Start / End times available after settling into the role

Salary Range:
$105,000 - $120,000/year, DOE

*Relocation fees covered by company if you are out of the area!
