Expected base salary of this role is $210,000.00-$260,000.00. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of compensation. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside of the salary band are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
As a Senior OT Cybersecurity Architect, your impact will be:
- Work alongside the Go to Market team to share and impart knowledge as part of the sales cycle to customers and partners
- Help Go to Market sellers with identifying customer use cases and creating strategic OT Programs options to achieve the customer goals
- Join strategic presales meetings with customers to plan / workshop OT programs and options
- Provide technical leadership and SME guidance for our product portfolio and cybersecurity solutions, ensuring secure and optimized deployment and integration.
- Develop and implement OT security strategies and roadmaps to improve client security posture, including creating relevant policies and procedures.
- Identify, analyze, and advise on OT security vulnerabilities, risks, and emerging threats, providing reports and threat intelligence to customers.
- Lead and support cybersecurity investigations within OT networks using our products and create playbooks/SOPs for incident response.
- Develop innovative OT cybersecurity concepts and Advanced Services offerings to enhance our portfolio.
- Deliver technical workshops, training, and presentations to customers, acting as a key point of contact and building strong relationships.
- Independently investigate and resolve complex customer issues, proactively ensuring their satisfaction and escalating as needed.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, and plan, design, build, and operationalize tailored security solutions that deliver value.
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular status updates and identifying areas for product and service improvement based on feedback.
- Contribute to the optimization of services and product value by developing relevant documentation and independently taking on additional tasks.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in customer-facing technical role implementing and operationalization of cybersecurity solutions
- Experience in presales and strong presentation and communications skills
- Strategic consulting experience in OT Cybersecurity
- Proven experience implementing scalable and customer-orientated processes, workflows and playbooks to build solutions for scale, orchestrating customer journey towards desired business outcomes
- Strong understanding of networking/cybersecurity products and communication protocols especially with regards to operational technologies (OT) such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), SCADA, RTUs, HMI and Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Knowledge of various security control frameworks (e.g. IEC62443, NERC CIP, NIST) and cybersecurity assessments in industrial automation & IT security
- Previous experience with Risk assessment, Vulnerability management, Network forensics, Threat intelligence, Incident Response and SoC is an advantage
- Familiarity with Power BI / AWS technology is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and executive
- Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to travel
