We are currently seeking a Senior Training Specialist to support a large-scale implementation within emergency services. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in training environments related to public safety communications and dispatch.

Job Description:
Must Haves:
5+ years of experience as a Trainer, preferably within the Ontario Public Service (OPS), Land Ambulance Dispatch Centres, or Paramedic services
Strong experience with telecom and dispatch systems
Familiarity with paramedic practices and ambulance dispatch centre operations
Deep understanding of current and emerging 911 technologies (voice, video, text, data).
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of a province-wide training strategy tailored for both technical and non-technical users in operational and First Responder environments. You will be responsible for developing training materials, user documentation, and managing rollout plans and schedules. Experience in creating and managing complex training project plans across large jurisdictions is essential. Prior exposure to the OPS or healthcare sector is considered a strong asset
Pay Details: $1.00 per hour
