Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication and managing stakeholders, who may include facility staff, faculty, general contractors, design professionals, vendors, and other consultants.
- Prepare and present written daily reports, presentations, briefings, and other technical documentation regarding project status.
- Manage field activities to ensure all work is completed to plan and is executed within the established schedule and constraints in an occupied, secured building.
- Manage and monitor the pace and schedule of the project in conjunction with office-based cost and schedule support.
- Manage a project team including schedulers, cost estimators, inspectors, commissioning agents, and other technical staff.
- Provide strong document and project controls, including monitoring safety reports in addition to RFI and Submittal traffic for potential cost/schedule impacts
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of construction Project Management experience.
- Experience with various project delivery methods such as job order contracting, CMAR, design build, etc.
- Prior public works, government, or education project experience is a plus.
- Flexible Schedule required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user, proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work hours: Monday-Friday, Dayshift: 7:00 AM to 4 PM; occasional nightshift, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
