Description:

THE WORK:
    • You'll manage the commissioning process on various in-house small to medium sized projects
    • You'll perform Commissioning design reviews, submittal reviews and closeout document reviews
    • You'll create pre-functioning and functional checklists and commissioning plans
    • You'll conduct Commissioning meetings and managing the commissioning process for assigned projects
    • You'll perform field observations and functional testing
    • You'll document and track test results on issue resolution logs
    • You'll create commissioning deliverables such as final commissioning reports
    • You'll assist in the review and development of staff training and continuing education opportunities
    • You'll act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Project Manager of Commissioning
    • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
    • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, architecture or construction management
    • Minimum of eight (8) years full time paid professional experience in commissioning
    • ANSI commissioning certification (CxA, CxT, BCxP, Certified Commissioning Professional)
    • Extensive knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems


BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
    • Working knowledge of building code, CHPS, and commissioning requirements
    • Experience in design or construction management with a focus on mechanical systems
    • Engineer-In-Training Certification or valid CA Professional Engineering License
    • Industry- recognized energy management certification


$130,000 - $160,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
