The anticipated base pay range for this position is $89,000 to $125,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. - Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and implement communication strategies.
- Write and edit various materials, including newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
- Create and deliver presentations.
- Oversee content production and design in accordance with company branding guidelines.
- Continuous Communication tool(s) and process improvement
- Internal Communications:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Enablement Change Managers on Project communications.
- Facilitate communication between different departments.
- Project Management:
- Plan, manage, and execute communication projects.
- Create and manage communication calendars.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business-related discipline.
- 5+ years of overall work experience.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- High level of creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop innovative communication solutions.
- Experience in change and/or project management and overseeing diverse initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop and implement change management plans in a regulatory and technology environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Knowledge of content management systems and web analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a scientific or business-related discipline.
