About the Position:
We are looking for an energetic and driven candidate to join the finance integration and architecture (FIA) team. This team is responsible for M&A integration activities, enterprise-wide initiatives, operationalizing new business models, delivery of reporting/analytics, financial systems road map and evaluation of emerging technologies. This is a highly visible role engaging with stakeholders across the entire company responsible for effecting change and optimizing outcomes. The ideal candidate will have M&A and/or Business Process Re-Engineering experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
Undergraduate degree(s) in Business, Finance, Accounting or Information Systems with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience (ideally with some mix of IT and Business roles in the high-tech sector)
Experience implementing enterprise software (Oracle, SAP, SFDC) and relevant subject areas (Quote to Cash or Record to Report)
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to diplomatically communicate with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining data privacy/confidentiality standards and access controls
Creative approach to solving complex problems with diverse stakeholders and ability to influence senior business partners
Strong ability to project manage and to remain detail-oriented while working with numerous stakeholders using effective analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Expert level documentation and presentation Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.)
Desired:
MBA, Advanced degree or certification(s) in relevant field
Significant functional experience with business process re-engineering/transformation, financial planning/modeling, technical accounting and/or M&A Integration
End to end business process experience across multiple domains (Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver, Go to Market, Record to Report, MDM/BI)
Good understanding of enterprise IT software development lifecycle
Minimum Salary: $168,800.00
Maximum Salary:$242,650.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $168,800.00 and $242,650.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
