Global Payroll Associate - US

Verition Fund Management LLC ("Verition") is a multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund founded in 2008. Verition focuses on global investment strategies including Global Credit, Global Convertible, Volatility & Capital Structure Arbitrage, Event-Driven Investing, Equity Long/Short & Capital Markets Trading, and Global Quantitative Trading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage payroll process ensuring regulatory compliance
• Implement, maintain, and review payroll systems to ensure accuracy
• Answer payroll-related questions from employees
• Manage payroll vendors and funding process to ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions
• Assist with audits and ad-hoc reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (accounting, or similar with combo of experience)
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Workday Payroll preferred
• Experience with global tax and payroll laws
• Strong Excel skills

Salary Range

$100,000-$130,000 USD
