Haworth Lifestyle is undertaking a comprehensive international program to update its management systems. As part of this initiative, we are implementing the Microsoft D365 F&O & CRM system through JANUS et Cie, which is now in its final stage.
Salary Range: $165k-$185k DOE

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (PM) to oversee the critical final phase of our ERP implementation project and manage the post go-live phase. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft D365 F&O and CRM, and a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the final stages of the ERP implementation project.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure smooth transition and successful go-live of the Microsoft D365 ERP & CRM system.
- Coordinate the training to users.
- Oversee post go-live activities, including system stabilization and user support.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Evaluate, manage and implement, in coordination with Corporate Team, any local business needs.
- Manage and provide KPI regarding user support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft F&O.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work under pressure.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
