- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all manufacturing functions including Production, Quality Assurance, Production Engineering, EH&S, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, cost savings, and operational excellence across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental protocols.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and long-term capacity planning.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high-performance execution.
- Direct cross-functional change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and buy-in at all levels.
- Oversee KPI tracking and reporting for productivity, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing operations team focused on meeting both daily objectives and long-term growth goals.
- Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field required.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within product manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, production workflows, EH&S protocols, and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through large-scale improvements and change initiatives.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize initiatives in fast-paced environments.
