Director of Manufacturing

Job Description
We're seeking a Director of Manufacturing to oversee and align all aspects of production operations, quality assurance, engineering, logistics, and compliance. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving process optimization, organizational efficiency, and cross-department collaboration. • Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all manufacturing functions including Production, Quality Assurance, Production Engineering, EH&S, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, cost savings, and operational excellence across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental protocols.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and long-term capacity planning.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high-performance execution.
• Direct cross-functional change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and buy-in at all levels.
• Oversee KPI tracking and reporting for productivity, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing operations team focused on meeting both daily objectives and long-term growth goals.
• Qualifications:
• BS Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field required.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within product manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, production workflows, EH&S protocols, and supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through large-scale improvements and change initiatives.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize initiatives in fast-paced environments.
