Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Duties: Directs and oversees assigned projects from the development phase all the way through the completion of the construction phase while monitoring compliance with safety and building requirements. Coordinates the efforts of McKinstry's high performance internal teams as well as external teams such as consultants and subcontractors to meet the contractual obligations of the project. Responsible for project financials throughout the lifecycle of the project. Upholds and communicates McKinstry Safety Standards and processes. Maintains client satisfaction to the standards set forth.
Telecommuting permitted up to 10%; employee must reside within normal commuting distance of McKinstry's offices in Seattle, Washington.
Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Project Management (Construction), or a closely related field. Must have two years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, Project Engineer, Construction Project Engineer, or related position. Experience must include:

Rate of Pay: $114,960.62 - $120,000/Year, Benefit include Med dental vis life, STD, LTD & AD&D insurance. Opt to enroll in 401K Profit Sharing plan. Paid time off for vacation, personal, sick, & holiday. Adoption/IVF/Progyny Assis, Paid Parental leave.

- Perform Building Information Modeling (BIM) management, plan, budget, schedule, and coordinate construction project activities to ensure project progress is on time and within budget, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Resource management, including equipment and subcontractors, to achieve a variety of scopes, including, but not limited to, mechanical systems, electrical systems, building envelope, life safety, structural, etc.
- Responsible for implementing and enforcing quality control and safety protocols, conducting site inspections for compliance, resolving construction issues, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Administering the Bidding process, including preparing and submitting bids, evaluating and selecting bids, leading negotiations with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Standardize and improve construction processes and procedures, identify areas of improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality, and utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
