The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) is excited to offer a competitive opportunity to serve as the FAS Call Center Contract Monitor in the Program Operations Unit.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
This position is responsible for contract monitoring of the agency's Provider and Member Helpline Operations managed by agency's Fiscal Agent Services (FAS) contactor.
This position oversees the agencies Provider and Member Helplines Services that meet the needs of all divisions within the agency.
Duties include: The position is charged with the responsibility of assisting the FAS Contract Administrator manage the Call Center Operations
part of the FAS contract.
Activities include oversite of call center service level agreements, developing and approving operations and procedures, and leading weekly Operational Status part of the FAS Status meeting, leads Bi-Weekly call with FAS call center operational managers, call center projects and PERM & IA audit reviews and auditing contractual FAS reports as directed.
Serves as division liaison to various community groups, provider organizations and associations.
Communicates the mission of the department and Program Operations division through coordination, and planning and participation in internal/external meetings and concerned parties and interest groups.
Responsible for overseeing the work of peers through the training and transition of program operations.

Competitive candidates will meet these minimum qualifications:
Knowledge and/or Experience of the assistance adult learning techniques and training needs assessments.
Knowledge and/or Experience analyzing data, auditing, problem solving, and identify solutions and appropriate actions.
Knowledge and/or Experience of Provider and Member Medicaid rules, regulations, and procedures.
Knowledge and/or Experience of contract monitoring in a health care administration environment.
Knowledge and/or Experience in the use of basic software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
Knowledge and/or Experience interpretation and application of federal, state laws/regulations.
Knowledge and/or Experience in meeting deadlines.
Knowledge and/or Experience working with internal/external stakeholders.
