JOB SUMMARY
At ONEOK, we are dedicated to advancing our Asset Integrity Data Strategy program to seamlessly integrate pipeline and facility data. By partnering with IT, we aim to consolidate all integrity data into a unified structure, enhancing our capabilities. This strategic focus on integrated data solutions will drive the growth of our Asset Integrity programs, ensuring robust and reliable operations. We are seeking a Supervisor of Asset Integrity & Engineering to oversee our Integrity Management Data Strategy Team.

Job Profile Summary

Perform and supervise employees engaged in integrating data from various programs and initiatives managed within Asset Integrity to enable thorough and consistent engineering assessment and reporting of regulatory required metrics, risk analysis and management of ONEOK assets. Partner across the organization with IT, BPO and other departments on data alignment and strategy to ensure Asset Integrity data aligns with Company vision for data management and allows for ability to connect securely with data across Operations, Asset Integrity, GIS, ESH and other departments.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Perform and supervise others engaged in company engineering activities including but not limited to:
    • Creation of new cross-program KPIs using engineering knowledge and critical thinking to find data relationships to enable enhanced technical decision making
    • Summarizing, analyzing and identifying trends to promote data driven decision making
    • Creation of dashboards and data analysis tools to help aid decision making and data sharing
    • Building out and enhancing Asset Integrity's data integration program as required by 49 CFR 195.452
    • Collaboration with stakeholders to create, refine and optimize data processes and data sharing
    • Interpretation of data and performing critical engineering assessment to help prioritize risk reduction activities
    • Data mining/technical assessment/submission of various company and regulatory required reports
  • Research, analyze, prepare and/or approve information including but not limited to:
    • Policies and procedures
    • Technical reports with data visualizations
    • Data fields, tables, queries and catalogs
    • Data collection, storage, sharing and utility solutions
    • Data architecture and platform connections


  • Coordinate projects directly and among direct reports and departments including but not limited to:
    • Data visualizations
    • Data collection, storage, sharing and utility solutions
    • Data architecture and platform connections
    • Data cataloging
  • Provide technical and engineering assistance to other departments, management, governmental and regulatory agencies, and others on matters related to Asset Integrity data projects and visualizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, BPO and other departments on data alignment and strategy to ensure Asset Integrity data aligns with Company vision for data management and allows for ability to connect securely with data across Operations, Asset Integrity, GIS, ESH and other departments
  • Oversee utilization of employee and equipment resources through assessing, scheduling and prioritizing projects based on customer need and value to the organization
  • Interact with direct and indirect reports, corporate personnel, regional personnel, public officials, contractors, customers, and civic organizations on issues including general engineering activities, employee issues, public projects and project scheduling
  • Monitor, review, develop and prepare information including but not limited to:
    • Project planning and analysis
    • Benchmarking comparisons
    • Engineering analysis
    • Incident reports
    • Contractors' work projects


  • Administer technical and professional training programs ensuring compliance with company and governmental requirements


Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a combination of formal education and the following job related experience preferred:


Work Experience
  • Experience achieving goals and developing employee/team strengths, exhibiting a positive example and influence that leads to employee, project and stakeholder successes
  • Experience in use and function of applications such as: Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, Word, etc.
  • Experience researching, composing and preparing contracts, engineering studies, policies, procedures, reports and technical correspondence
  • Experience identifying, researching, evaluating and prioritizing problems and situations and providing appropriate actions, alternatives and/or recommendations
  • SME level experience with material failure and structural analysis and extensive knowledge of industry standards and governmental regulations
  • Experience reading and interpreting governmental regulations, codes, and standards, manuals, policies, procedures, contracts, specifications and various reports and correspondence
  • Experience and thorough knowledge of environmental laws, regulations procedures and programs
  • Experience with all phases of project management including scoping, estimating, specification, scheduling, contracting and procurement, construction, commissioning and startup, budgeting, financial analyses and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with and training related to:
    • Design codes and standards
    • Project management practices
    • Communications skills/customer relations
    • Industry standards and governmental codes, rules, and regulations
    • Development of technical and safety training programs
    • Regulatory inspection and material testing programs
  • Experience developing information and making presentations to groups and individuals


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to: apply math, algebraic formulas and statistical methods
  • Ability to: lead, direct, supervise and train other employees. Working knowledge of personnel policies and procedures
  • Ability to: communicate and/or exchange written and verbal information; conduct oral presentations

$135,000.00 - $203,000.00
