Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 14 + years of experience to oversee and manage our delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CX-Program Management and Delivery Management. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads cross-functional & distributed infrastructure teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operations of 24/7 production support environment.
  • Institutionalizes delivery processes, workflows, and operational procedures within the service delivery framework of the account. Establishes robust governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains & ensures SLAs, SLOs, process compliance and adherence. Tracking and gauging KRAs, KPIs, efficiency metrics and customer satisfaction indices.
  • Drives continuous service improvements, automations, process control & capability enhancements, process benchmarking, audits and total quality management (TQM)
  • Interfaces and work with key customers on new proposals/RFPs, MSAs, WOs SOWs, SOPs amendments and addendums. Assessing and aligning their requirements to delivery objectives.
  • Pilots' new delivery assignments, flagship initiatives and transformations. Leads Transitions and new service deployments and implementations
  • Administers Management information systems (MIS). Performs data analytics, structures & publishes account level reports, analytical dashboards and score cards for the key stakeholders.
  • Hosts war rooms and triage operations call to address major incidents & outages impacting the enterprise. Addresses escalations, owns root cause analysis and performs mitigation efforts across the enterprise.


Certifications Required

PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 05/16/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $119000 - $150000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
