SALARY RANGE: 105,872.00 - 164,091.20YEARLY
General Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager oversees the entire recruitment process including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and selecting the best fit for open positions, while also developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing a team of recruiters, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure alignment with company needs; they are responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines, monitoring recruitment metrics, and optimizing hiring processes to achieve staffing goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Manages the day-to-day functions and activities for the recruiters
2. Improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition processes to create competitive advantage.
3. Leads and develops the talent acquisition team including performance coaching and regular one-on-one meetings.
4. Determines talent acquisition needs, designing tools, testing, templates and measures of success in order to recruit top talent.
5. By leveraging industry insights, competitor analysis, and market data, develops consistent, standardized processes for sourcing, screening, interviewing and attracting top talent.
6. Advances the organization's know-how by providing training or hiring talent that will upgrade the team's ability to recruit across the organization.
7. Maintains, utilizes and analyzes metrics and reporting.
8. Evaluates and sets strong measures of success in assessing the organizations and individual recruiter's quality, speed, cost, hiring manager and new employee satisfaction and makes recommendations for improvement.
9. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, developing tailored recruiting strategies for complex and high-impact roles. Provide market insights and guidance to influence hiring decisions.
10. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and deep market knowledge to build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for critical roles. Proactively engage with passive candidates and build relationships to anticipate future hiring needs.
11. Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and hiring managers. Act as a strategic consultant, advising on talent strategies, market trends, and best practices to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
12. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by acting as a brand ambassador and conveying the organization's values and culture. Guide candidates through a transparent and engaging recruitment process for senior-level roles.
13. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities

Required Education, Credential(s) and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor Degree Business Administration
- Credential(s): None Required
- Experience: Required: Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in recruiting. Must have a minimum of five (5) years in an HR leadership capacity with heavy emphasis on talent acquisition.
Preferred Education, Credential(s) and Experience:
- Education: Master Degree Human Resources; Master Degree Business Administration; Master Degree Related field; Masters Degree Industrial Relations

- Experience: Preferred: Previous healthcare recruiting and/or management experience required.
