The E-commerce Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of Kiehl's Global E-commerce operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless execution of digital campaigns, product detail page development, and overall content readiness across global markets. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for e-commerce, with a focus on driving consumer engagement and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Product Detail Page process with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, and Tech.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all Global Market requests, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and timely responses.
- Oversee and update the Global Animation Calendar, coordinating timelines and campaign launches.
- Track and manage asset adoption by local markets to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Conduct site audits across global markets to ensure consistency, functionality, and brand compliance.
- Manage the Digital PIM/DAM systems, ensuring asset availability and proper metadata tagging.
- Perform quality assurance checks on animation packages before market release.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify trends and inform digital strategies.
- Lead animation campaign management, including project planning, cross-functional reviews, QA, and market release.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Project Manager to maintain and update the brand layer master site.
- Ensure digital assets meet all size and specification requirements for global use.
- Lead the planning, organization, and logistics of Kiehl's Annual Global Digital Forum.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing digital content.
- Strong understanding of the consumer journey and e-commerce best practices.
- Experience working in corporate environments; familiarity with global market operations is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with APAC or international markets.
- Familiarity with PIM/DAM systems and content management tools.
- Background in digital design or UX is a plus.
Certifications (if any)
- None required, though project management or digital marketing certifications are a plus.
