What You'll Do

  • Lead electrical system design for a wide variety of building and infrastructure projects.
  • Guide junior engineers and designers with direct mentoring and technical leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and clients from concept to construction.
  • Provide QA/QC oversight, peer review, and technical problem-solving across disciplines.
  • Support proposals, client meetings, and business development initiatives when desired.


What You Bring to the Team:

  • 20+ years of electrical engineering experience (licensed PE preferred).
  • Expertise in lighting, power distribution, and building systems for commercial, institutional, or industrial projects.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with a passion for mentoring.
  • Effective communication skills and comfort engaging with clients and internal teams.
  • A desire for flexibility-whether that means working part-time or gradually ramping up to full-time.
